What types of companies use games as a way to train in new employees?

I’m trying to get a feel for specifically what types of Companies use mini-games or simulators to train in new employees. Sandwich companies or banks or manufacturing companies? Any ideas? Is there a certain type of company that has a demand for training games?

Veterinary clinics use a game called VetQuest. It’s like Trivial Pursuit, and makes learning the vet business fun and competitive.

I dunno. But if you find a company that uses spin the bottle as a training tool, let me know. I think I would like to work there.
