Do you think chidcare jobs will be safe during the credit crunch?
With the credit crunch do you think that there will be need for childcare? ie nurserys/ childminders ect do you think they are safe jobs for people to go into i have just qualified
For parents that have jobs, they’ll need to keep their kids in daycare. For parents that struggle to pay for daycare and bring in only a little extra $, they may pull their kids out.
Example, I can pay a month’s daycare bill in one paycheck. There’s no reason for me not to continue to use daycare.
However, for the SAHM who uses it 3x weekly for socialization purposes, she may pull her kid out. Same with the mom who works part-time, it might not be worth it.
