Quarta Says Era of Private Equity `Mega Deals’ Is Over

Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) — Roberto Quarta, a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Inc., talks with Bloomberg’s John Dawson about the outlook for the private equity industry. Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has invested more than $11 billion in US and European Companies since 1978. In 2005 the firm led the $15 billion takeover of Ford Motor Co.’s rental car company Hertz Global Holdings Inc. Quarta speaks at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
