I was wondering if …
I was wondering if this would ‘kick in’. Back in college Economics courses I recall that this was mentioned - but only in passing. That in tightening credit, lenders could ‘call in’ their outstanding loans. At the time I was perplexed, as I had never heard of this & wondered HOW they could do this.

Well, indeed they can & they will do it. It has nothing to do with anything making sense; lenders who would do such a thing are criminally insane & serve the Devil.

Literally.

What people need to …
What people need to do is learn how to use the money they make, just like the bankers. There are ways out of debt. If they are going to do all this, what are they waiting for? WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR?

If the mortgage …
If the mortgage company called me up or sent me a letter saying such, I would tell them to kiss my white-dutchy . They will be able to “repo” those homes then. They already have it to begin with. Here is an idea, don’t sign on to a mortgage in the first place. They can have the pain in the for all care.
